The following is an unofficial part of the Commission's file on Incident #O26. The cause of Incident #O26 was forceful pressure from Agent Alex Wilkinson, a new field agent who encountered Margo Donceanu. During a discussion between the two, they began to talk about their childhoods, in which Wilkinson forced Donceanu, despite visible stress and panic, to discuss what had happened during the car crash that killed her brother. In response to the stress, Donceanu's repressed memories and repressed abilities encountered each other, exploding in an uncontrollable burst of rage that destroyed the entire Analytics Dept. and surrounding areas on initial contact. The destruction expanded across the Research Division and began becoming consumed and eaten away at with a giant whirlpool center at Donceanu. Outside of the Monolith, her power expanded to alter the entire reality, creating a fracture that erased her brother. The fracture removed all traces of her brother from everyone's memory and all objects in relation to him (with an accidental exception of a soccer ball, a drawing from Adrian to Margo, and one polaroid photo from a family event). This fracture was then sealed over by her power as she was dealt with by Dr. Hoffman, Dr. van der Velde, and Unit Bravo-188.
