Staffing Information
The Monolith, also known as Site-001, is a research, control, and containment site that is operated by the Commission of Protection and Understanding. This is known as the central research hub for the Commission and operations centre. While attempts to map out the Monolith, no direct map of it can ever be given or created due to the ever shifting labyrinth that is the Monolith's internal layout as it defies all placed laws of reality and space. While the interior of the Monolith shifts on a daily basis, the exterior of the Monolith has remained as the Soviet Brutalist skyscraper since the the day of its discovery.
The Monolith is located in Washington DC. in the downtown central business district and possesses a form of perception filter, allowing it to be bypassed by the normal eye unless you are already aware of the building or specifically looking for it. It often appears in the corner of the human eye but can be see by animals and often has stray animals wandering in and out. This Monolith cannot have photographs, videos or any other other form of capture taken of it unless the object capturing the image is itself an anomalous object.

Site Layout
Note: The following is the main layout of Site-300, however most on-ground subdivisions are a variation upon this one. Sections which are unavailable to the reader's clearance have been classified under Level 4/S300.
All sites are protected by Class-V Revantra Protection Seals in order to deem entry by unauthorized individuals physically impossible. Site-300-01 itself is engulfed in by a plethora of location-concealing, antimemetically-weaved thaumaturgic spells, causing it to become invisible to unauthorized personnel and public.

Additional Staffing Information
Site-300, while composed by multiple interconnected sites, is known for hosting said departments within each subdivision. All activities are supervised by a team of overseers, at the exception of both the Department of Applied Thaumatology, with the respective on-site overseers being located within Site-300-01 specifically.
Each department is led by a "department foreman" otherwise, whose in situ activities are monitored by each subdivision's overseer team. Department foremen mostly consist of personnel with past experience within their departments, monitoring most personnel's activities within their assigned department. It is to be noted that the following departments, at the exception of the DoAT, are liaisons and therefore none of them have official headquarters within Site-300.
