1. Purpose

While the newest version of the Classification and Containment Guidelines has been distributed and implimented for several

Maintenance activities were conducted in accordance with Central Authority of Safety Facilities Maintenance Procedure FM-04 and applicable departmental schedules.

No major equipment failures were reported during the reporting period.

2. PRIMARY CLASSIFICATION

EMPL EMPLOYEE.⠀ Anyone employed by the Authority that is not in active duty combat. Researchers, scientists, clerks, assistants, and receptionists are classified under this code. Anyone kept under this code is able to be participate in active duty as long as it takes up less then 49% of their yearly work.
AGNT AGENT.⠀ Specifically refers to an employee in the Security Division.
2. SECONDARY CLASSIFICATION

Γ, ㅤG Gamma Difficult to contain, likely to try and escape. Containing them requires extensive and complex procedures as well as poor understanding of the class. The likely have some level of sentience and are active in attempts to escape.
Δ, ㅤD Delta Dimension or astral plane. Non-containable.
Ν, ㅤN Nu Already neutralized, rarely given as an original designation but changed to.
Σ, ㅤS Sigma Used to contain other anomalies, often locations or objects.
Ω, ㅤO Omega Anomalies that cannot be contained for whatever reason but are monitored. For various reasons, may be left alone and monitored.
NOTE: The brass bell was observed to produce no audible sound during testing. No defect was identified.

4. Clearance
Designation Code Description
CLEARANCE V Given to visitors, extremely limited access and must be tied to a higher level pass (C and above). Passes expire within 12 internal standard hours and must be renewed within that time period or face expulsion.
CLEARANCE T Training agent clearance. Must be tied to a specific upper level field agent or department head to work. Unlocks specific areas needed for training and some generalized areas, such as the cafeteria and designated sleeping quarters.
CLEARANCE D Low-level administration, internal workers, and new personnel. Access only to basic and main areas, no laboratories or training facilities.
CLEARANCE C-1 Low-level researchers and agents, mid-level administration.
CLEARANCE C-2 Mid-level researchers and agents, high-level administration.
CLEARANCE B-1 High-level researchers and agents.
CLEARANCE B-2 Assistant Directors

CLEARANCE S Director/Board only
CLEARANCE H Housing, given to any agents or employees who live in full-time. Linked to Clearance T for any training agents who are temporarily living in their facility while training.
7. Conclusion

Routine maintenance activities for the second quarter of 2024 were completed satisfactorily.

No significant equipment failures were recorded. Outstanding maintenance activity is limited to one HVAC circulation unit awaiting replacement components.

Non-standard inventory remains under review.
